Paint Protection Film: Invisible Defense, Applied as a System

Most vehicles lose paint condition not from accidents, but from daily exposure — rock chips, road debris, chemical staining, and the slow accumulation of surface damage that compounds over time. Paint Protection Film is a transparent urethane layer bonded directly to the painted surface, designed to absorb that damage before it reaches the factory finish underneath. At Detali Auto Club, PPF is not applied by the panel. It is installed as a system — coverage assessed first, surfaces prepared to a fixed standard, every edge and transition measured before film touches paint. That methodology is the difference between protection that holds and protection that fails at the seams.

What's Included

Our Process

  1. Coverage Assessment

Before any preparation begins, the vehicle is reviewed to determine which surfaces require protection based on how the vehicle is used, where it is driven, and what the client's priorities are. Coverage is not assumed — it is determined.

  2. Surface Preparation

Paint condition is evaluated and the surface is decontaminated and corrected as needed before film is applied. Any defect sealed beneath PPF is a permanent defect. Preparation is not optional. It defines every outcome that follows.

  3. Film Cutting and Fitment

Panels are measured and film is cut to fit the specific vehicle. Every edge, every seam, every transition around trim and body lines is accounted for before installation begins. Precision at this stage determines how the film performs and how it looks over time.

  4. Installation and Inspection

Film is applied panel by panel to a fixed standard. Once installed, every section is inspected for clarity, adhesion, and edge integrity. The vehicle does not leave until the work meets the standard it was built to.
